Following revelations of irregularities in various subjects by a committee appointed by the former caretaker Sindh government, the university has taken proactive measures to address concerns raised by students and stakeholders.

The committee’s findings uncovered discrepancies in subjects such as English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, casting doubt on the integrity of the examination process. In light of these revelations, NED University has decided to lower its minimum intermediate marks requirement for admission tests from 60% to 55%.
